IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society James D. Meindl Memorial Educational Fund

Named in memory of Prof. James D. Meindl, this memorial Fund accepts donations, which honor Prof. Meindl’s legacy and provide long-term support to enable IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society (SSCS) to nurture, encourage and celebrate student and early career innovators in the field of solid-state circuits.

Your donations support the establishment of a new SSCS award named for Prof. Meindl that perpetuates his passions and celebrates the accomplishments of young innovators, and financially supports awardees to engage high school and undergraduate students through research projects related to integrated circuits technology. Over time, the IEEE Foundation and SSCS may expand or adjust the use of the fund to ensure the activities supported are meaningful to the next generation of solid-state circuits innovators and providing maximum impact.
