IEEE PELS Drs. Muhammad Harunur Rashid and Fatema Rashid Student Program Fund

This educational fund, named in recognition of Prof. Muhammad Rashid and his wife, Dr. Fatema Rashid, accepts donations, which honor their lifetime effort of transforming students’ lives and the future of science and education.

Your donations support the Rashid Student Program, which facilitates career opportunities between students and potential employers and enhances professional growth and interest in power electronics engineering at IEEE Power Electronics Society flagship conferences. The Rashid Student Project Demonstrations are one component supported through this Fund. Over time, the Fund will support additional student activities at PELS conferences.

Eventually, the IEEE Foundation and PELS may expand or adjust the use of the fund to ensure the activities supported are meaningful to the next generation of power electronic innovators and provide maximum impact.
